The path to Scouting’s summit – earning the Eagle Rank – is an achievement that requires commitment and diligence for up to eight years. Nationally, 1 in 20 scouts achieve this distinction. In recent years, 1 in 4 Troop 37 scouts have earned the Eagle award. We work with young scouts to help them become independent adults, launching them to leadership and success.
